  • 1. Do you own, lease or have an agreement to use the event property and premises?*
  • a. If you own the land, do you have a premise liability insurance covering you facility?*

  • 3. A Water hazard Exclusions applies. Are there any water hazard on the property such as (ponds, lakes, streams, rivers) or other similar bodies of water?*
  • Is there playground equipment onsite?*
  • 4. Will other activities take place during the event?*
  • 5. Will vendors be present during your event?*
  • 6. Will there be camping?*
  • c. Is security or event staff onsite during all camping hours?
  • d. Are firearms allowed on site?
  • e. Do you allow camping other than on scheduled event days?
  • 7. Do you allow any recreational vehicles other than race or competition vehicles on site? This could be pit bikes, atv's, utv's, golf carts or other motorized mobile equipment.*

  • b. Do you restrict the use to adults only?
  • c. Do you restrict use to event staff and officials only?
  • d. Do you have rules posted for acceptable use of Pit vehicles?

  • 4. Do you have designated spectator areas to contain spectator viewing to specific areas?*
  • 5. Do you have any barriers to prevent race or competition vehicles from reaching the spectator, pit or parking passes?*
  • 6. Do you have a spectator fence setback at least 20ft from the barriers?*
  • 7. Do you have any barriers or protection for flagger, EMT and official sites inside the track?*

  • Waivers

  • 1. Do you use an online waiver process?*
  • 2. Do you strictly adhere to the AMA Minor waiver requirements listed below?*

  • BOTH PARENTS MUST SIGN THE WAIVER (UNLESS ONE PARENT INDICATES THEY HAVE SOLE CUSTODY). IF NOT PRESENT AT THE EVENT A NOTERIZED WAIVER MUST BE PROVIDED AND SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS. A GUARDIAN CANNOT SIGN FOR A MINOR PARTICIPANT.
