2025 AMA ISDE Hotel Registration

Understanding this form:

Each person wishing to stay at the ISDE team hotel must complete this form. 1 entry per person.

Room rates are based on per person per night. Each person rooming together must select the same number of nights. If not, both individuals will be invoiced for the difference.

Rates: Per Person

Single - $200 per night

Double - $105 per night

Triple - $105 per night

Deadlines/ Cancelation:

Must be booked by June 10th.

50% returned if canceled before July 10th.

NO REFUNDS after July 10th.

Each rider agrees to bring one support person to help work the event, general work sign-up is at the end of this registration. Team Apparel will be provided according to the number of days volunteered to work. The more you volunteer, the more apparel you will receive. Without the volunteers, the team does not succeed. Thanks in advance!

Failure to comply with the guidance in place from the AMA and/or any action taken by tour participants that reflect on the AMA in a negative way are subject to fines, penalties, and/or being asked to leave and potentially not return for future events.
